The space
There are two doors into the house, the front and side door. The front door leads into the hallway. On the right hand side is a secondary TV lounge. To the left, brings you into the main living room, the main bathroom and the first king sized bedroom with en-suite. There is some usable storage under the stairs as a cloakroom. Opposite the front door leads to the kitchen and dining space.

The kitchen should have all of the amenities you need.

The utility is next to the kitchen and is where the internet router is located, as well as washer and dryer, Hoover and other utensils.

The dining room opens out to the garden and the BBQ zone which also has an outdoor fire. This is a lovely sun trap on a good day.
